Position:		Part Time Support Workers

Location:		Adult and children's homes in the K-W Area.
Qualifications:		Post Secondary Education in Human Services. Experience working with people who have a developmental disability and a valid driver's licence required.
Job description:		Successful candidates to assist adults and children in their home with daily living, recreation, and behaviour management training.
Hours:		Part-time: $13.65 - $17.10 per hour.

Position:		Support Worker (Weekdays)

Qualifications:		Post secondary education in Human Services. 6 months related experience. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of dual diagnosis, person-centered planning, Autism Spectrum Disorder and the ability to implement positive behavioural approaches. Must possess strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Current First-Aid & N.V.C.I. Valid drivers licence and vehicle required.

Position:		Residential Counsellor
Date required:		February 2012 (Approximately)
Responsible to:		Don Mader, Residential Manager
Location:		332 Batavia Place, Waterloo, ON
Qualifications:		College diploma (2 years) and or University degree in Human Services. One year direct experience. Successful candidate will have a good understanding of and proven ability to implement positive behavioural approaches. Will have a comprehensive understanding of person-centred planning, demonstrate initiative, work as an integral part of team and possess strong interpersonal skills. Basic direct care skills an asset. Must have valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle. Current NVCI and First Aid essential.
