Your evening includes:
- A signature welcome cocktail featuring Scotch whisky
- Tastings of three rare single malts from across Scotland
- Curated food pairings at each tasting station
- A charcuterie and appetizer spread your table
- A silent auction, live auction, wine wall, rare whiskies, and more surprises throughout the evening
Throughout the night, guests will travel between three Scotch tasting stations, where each whisky is paired with a complementary bite designed to enhance its unique flavours. Matt Howell, our Scotch tasting guide, will lead the experience, sharing tasting notes, stories, and insights that make each Scotch truly memorable.
