It is with great sadness that KW Habilitation has decided to cancel SOUPFEST, presented by the Kitchener Waterloo Kinsmen following the declaration of the COVID-19 global pandemic from the World Health Organization (WHO).
The decision made today is about public safety and continuing to protect the individuals that we support.
We are looking forward to re-scheduling the event when the pandemic has ended, and would like to thank all of our generous sponsors, soup makers and bread makers who were willing to come alongside us for our first SOUFEST event. If you have already purchased tickets, we encourage you to reach out to Cherylyn Sawatzky at [email protected] and we can process a refund or issue a tax receipt for the price of your tickets.
We sincerely apologize, and hope that we will see you at the rescheduled event in the future.
We are grateful to all our wonderful sponsors, including the Kitchener Waterloo Kinsmen, SorbaraLaw, Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada, Gemini Motors, Korner Kitchen, IDEX Corporation, Tigercat, Patene Building Supplies, and Document Print Integrity.
Thank you also, to our Soup and Bread makers, Our Farm, LEG Up!, Morty’s Pub, Remember Me Catering, EVO Kitchen, Angie’s Kitchen, Choun Kitchen, Stacked Kitchener, Dundee’s Drivin Diner, Strykers, Never Enough Thyme and State and Main Waterloo.
