LEG Up! is a learning and skill-building program that provides education and training for adults who benefit from a supportive, engaging and interactive style of learning.

Most people who sign up for LEG Up! classes are adults with developmental disabilities, but anyone over 18 is welcome to participate.  Our LEG Up! classes provide education and training that can open doors to obtaining valuable experiences, including: Pre-Employment, Community Inclusion, Volunteerism and Independent Living.

LEG Up! is Interactive, Engaging, Educational, Supporting, and Fun!

Throughout the year, we run 5 different sessions:

  • Winter (January – March)
  • Spring (April – June)
  • Summer (July – August)
  • Fall (September – October)
  • Holiday (Mid November – December)
